Just email us with the item you'd like to purchase and the quantity. In the case of a commissioned piece, please attach photographs of your pet and any special instructions you might have. From there, we will contact you to discuss the specs of your print and confirm your order. At which time, we require a 50% deposit. Due to the custom nature of our prints, please allow 4-6 weeks for completion. Of course, we will do our best to deliver as soon as possible and will keep you up to date on our progress. Upon completion, we will send jpg proofs for your approval. Once the print has been finalized, we will send you an invoice for the remaining balance.
Most orders ship within 3-5 days after your order is placed. All domestic orders ship USPS Priority. Domestic orders over $200 ship USPS Priority mail with insurance.
